Hello everyone,
we are currently working on the floor plan for a single-family house, and our architect has simply created an example for us. According to this example, all the windows should be 150cm (59 inches) wide and 134cm (53 inches) high. The window size seems a bit large to us.
The house is 9m (30 feet) wide and 10m (33 feet) long, with one and a half stories and a 45-degree roof.

What size are your windows?

Thank you in advance for your answers.

Hello, our windows are similarly sized, and we are building an urban villa measuring 9x10m (30x33 feet). However, I wouldn’t make the windows any smaller. You also have to subtract the window frame, which can be around 15-18cm (6-7 inches). Your measurements are actually structural dimensions.
