ᐅ Shower drain is not draining, it gurgles and water comes back up from the drain

I have had a problem with my shower and the drain for three days now. The water is not draining anymore. The bathroom sink, the toilet, and the kitchen sink, which is next to the bathroom, are all connected to the same drain as the shower.

When I turn on the kitchen sink, I hear bubbling in the shower, and after a few seconds, water comes out of the shower drain. When I turn on the bathroom sink, there is only bubbling. I bought an air pressure drain cleaning tool because I assumed the drain was clogged, but even after using it several times, there has been no improvement.

I then tried to unscrew the drain cover in the shower, which worked for a few turns. After that, the screw in the drain would not turn anymore. However, after slightly loosening the screw, water started dripping from the ceiling one floor below, for reasons unknown.

I managed to tighten the screw again with some effort, and since then, there has been no more dripping downstairs. Now my question is, what should I do next?
