Hello everyone,

I’m about to start the exterior landscaping soon, and I noticed that the floor-level windows on the outside are not sealed properly, as shown in the picture.

What is the best way to seal them?

Thanks in advance.

How is that supposed to work? And even if it is written there: Did you actually finalize the contract effectively according to the VOB?

Normally, this is not done...

And passing on the construction manager’s poor workmanship to the next trade is absolutely not acceptable...

I concluded all contracts according to the VOB, and it actually states something about a preliminary performance inspection. As unfair as it may be, the exterior plasterer is liable for that, certainly much less than the lazy architect.
