toxicmolotof16 Aug 2016 13:39Why you? Are you building with a general contractor / builder? Or with an architect? Usually, one of the trades should be responsible for this. In our case, it was the shell builder who also handled the masonry waterproofing.

And now you can’t properly seal it anymore without some effort, because the plaster on both sides needs to be removed in order to connect the seal to the masonry and its waterproofing.
