The only thing decided so far is that there will be aluminum windows.
Before I request quotes, I would like to gather information on what to consider and what specific aspects I should pay attention to in order to avoid being offered poor-quality products.
-> Thermal transmittance (K-value, U-value), resistance classes, frames, laminated safety glass – yes or no, and so on.
Are there standard values typically used in a single-family house?

Nicole1981-18 Jun 2014 10:32This list is really helpful. Our new windows have WK2 rating, which already provides good protection. They also have fittings that are not easy to force open.
