Who created the installation plan? The balcony widens toward the right side. So something must be off.
The site manager apparently told the tiler to lay the last outer row with whole, uncut tiles. Since the tiler started from the wall, this is how the rest turned out.
Is this something you just have to accept?

binsoweit29 May 2013 13:31Oh, I am buying a finished apartment. According to the contract, completion was scheduled for March 2013. I was able to move in at the end of April 2013. However, the balcony and garage were not completed yet. The drying room and bicycle storage were unusable. Many areas are still a construction site. My contractual partner is GWH in Kassel. But apparently, contracts only matter to them on one side.

karliseppel29 May 2013 13:59Well, especially for exterior mortar work, you shouldn’t forget the weather this year – construction companies really have a hard time. If I were you, I’d be glad the tiling was done only now...
However, the image is visually disturbed. But if you didn’t provide any specifications, medium quality is assumed – to what extent visual aspects matter, I have no idea.
I wouldn’t like it either, but since you lack clear requirements, you might end up paying for the “renew everything” costs yourself.
