We want to wallpaper the walls (fine plaster and drywall) and ceilings (concrete and drywall) with fleece wallpapers. Do the walls/ceiling need any preparation, such as sanding, priming, etc.?

Thank you in advance for the answers.

You probably won't need to sand the plaster anymore. Regarding the drywall, I'm not sure what you ordered from the drywall contractor. A Q2 level skim coat should be sufficient for fiberglass mesh tape. In any case, make sure to prime everything.

We have Q2 inside; does it matter which type of primer is used? Or is there one that is particularly recommended?

You can use standard primer from a hardware store or paint specialist retailer. Most primers are suitable for both plaster and drywall (gypsum board).

What about minor dents or bubbles? Can you see them under the non-woven wallpaper?

What do you mean by slight dents and bubbles? Under wallpaper, you can usually see every small bump except with textured wallpaper (woodchip). So it’s better to sand the surface smooth.
