We want to wallpaper the walls (fine plaster and drywall) and ceilings (concrete and drywall) with fleece wallpapers. Do the walls/ceiling need any preparation, such as sanding, priming, etc.?

We want to use Erfurt fiberglass wallpaper. There are some small bubbles and a few dents on the plaster where some craftsmen accidentally bumped into it. These defects should be repaired before the house handover. However, we want to wallpaper the stairwell beforehand because it is easier to access. Once the staircase is installed, it will be difficult. We just don’t know yet if they will manage to fix it before the weekend.
