Hello everyone,
After careful consideration, we have decided to build a house using the "Lego" principle. Unfortunately, we have found very few suppliers online (actually only one) that also offer some level of support. It is important to us to always have a contact person available and to have someone present during the wall casting process. So far, we have only been able to find the company Argisol for this.
Do you know of any companies in the northern German region that offer this building method?
When I look at websites like VariantHaus or similar, it seems they only provide the materials, and the builder is then left completely on their own.

Oh man, I haven’t been here for quite a while.
There was a question about what decision I made.
By now, the shell of our house is finished, and today some of the windows were installed.
The earthworks took up our entire summer, so everything is progressing a bit slower.
We built with Izodom.
How should I put it, not everything is as great as it seems. Many things are presented as simpler than they actually are.
But I’m still convinced of it; of course, I would do some things differently if I were starting today. However, I remain confident in the system.
There are always skeptics, you just have to follow your own path.
If anyone has any questions, just get in touch. I’ll try to check in here more often.
Best regards

Hello everyone,
I am also planning to build a house using a Neopor building kit, and I experienced the same as you... there are simply very few user reports available online.
How has your progress been so far?
Are your experiences with EUROMAC positive? Degriech, what is your current status?
I would be very interested in getting in touch with you. For example, I often travel past Mannheim.
Best regards

Hi
Sorry for the long silence. Things have been moving very slowly for us... we had the notary appointment already at the end of November last year, but everything was only finalized around February. The first meeting with Mr. Scheunemann went great, but we first had to figure out how to handle the demolition of the existing house. Since we initially wanted to do a full renovation, we also needed a cost breakdown for the bank to then decide on building a new house instead. And that has turned out to be quite a lengthy process. At the beginning, you don’t really know exactly what you want, let alone have an architect yet. The architect then has to prepare a rough cost estimate for the bank... anyway, the building permit application is now with the building authority, and as soon as we know what and how we are allowed to do, we’ll take the next step. We have also switched back to Poroton masonry, mainly for simple reasons like most tradespeople are just most experienced with it.
We just hope that we can meet our deadline of July 2021.
In any case, I’ve learned now that (especially I) was trying to clarify things too early and simply hadn’t considered everything...
So, it’s moving forward step by step.
Best regards, Mano
