Hello everyone,
After careful consideration, we have decided to build a house using the "Lego" principle. Unfortunately, we have found very few suppliers online (actually only one) that also offer some level of support. It is important to us to always have a contact person available and to have someone present during the wall casting process. So far, we have only been able to find the company Argisol for this.
Do you know of any companies in the northern German region that offer this building method?
When I look at websites like VariantHaus or similar, it seems they only provide the materials, and the builder is then left completely on their own.

I am a trained HVAC installer and experienced in house renovations. Then I would consider you more in the target group for "prefabricated aerated concrete" rather than "formwork blocks." By the way, there is also a major provider called "Kern-Haus" that builds using formwork blocks, and there are customer reviews available online.

Baumfachmann8 Jan 2018 23:45The phenomenon of overestimating one’s own abilities is widespread. You don’t have to buy a ruin; you can also build it yourself. I have had many clients to whom I had to say, “This house is not habitable; you will need to demolish it.”

If you don’t have the professional knowledge and experience, don’t attempt it. The target group for the formwork block kit (mind you, a kit - not free design) is exactly beginners and ambidextrous people. Based on his self-description, I consider Punisher89 already too advanced for this.

I have been working as a self-employed professional on many construction sites for the past two years. Those experiences clearly showed me that renovating an old building is not an option. I've encountered so many unpredictable issues (mold, water damage, and outdated questionable installations) that I don’t want to deal with that and would rather build something myself from scratch.
Through this forum, I would like to connect with homeowners who have used this construction method (Neopor formwork blocks).
Alternatively, next week I will visit the Hansebau trade fair in Bremen and will get information at the Isorast.de booth. I first saw this building method there two years ago and was convinced by it.
