Hello everyone,

We are planning our construction project, and our plot (a corner lot bordering two streets) is sloped, as shown in the attached picture. From the street on the right side of the photo to the left property boundary, there is a drop of about 1.80 meters (6 feet).

We would like the driveway and entrance to be from the street where the photo was taken. The photo is looking south.

However, I am concerned that if we build the house on a slab foundation, we might have issues with surface water coming from the street on the right side.

Will a lot of fill be needed to create a level base for the slab?

What would be a rough estimate of the cost for this? Could 15,000 euros be enough?

Do you think our planned orientation is good, or do you see a better solution?

Thank you very much

Best regards

Sorry, that was my mistake! They were apparently originally too large.

What do you think? The size is 700 m² (7,535 sq ft).

Thank you very much
