Hello,
has anyone ever installed the main lighting in a house or apartment using LED strips?
Possibly integrated into a drywall ceiling and walls?
Or is that too prone to issues?
What should definitely be considered during the planning stage?
The apartment consists of a bedroom, bathroom, two kids’ rooms, hallway, storage room, guest toilet, and a combined living, dining, and kitchen area, as well as a balcony, with a total living area of 106 m² (1141 sq ft).
Thank you very much for your advice.

Is the electrician predetermined? He gives me the impression, considering the price quoted for KNX, that he just wants to maximize his profit and minimize his effort. And if the work stays separate, the drywallers and electricians should talk to each other directly instead of always going through you like a game of telephone. It doesn’t help at all if you first have to pass on everything you’re told through this forum and then end up even more confused by the many opinions than before.
