Hello,
I would like to buy a sauna, and there is a model that also offers colored lighting. Light is said to have a positive effect on the body and mood. Is it worth spending more money on this feature, or can I save it because it doesn’t really help? Who can tell me more about this?

Hello,
in the public sauna here, there is also a cabin with a color changer inside. The colors are supposed to have a calming or stimulating effect. I don't notice anything myself, but my wife swears that she feels better after spending some time in that light.

Hello,
people often talk about the positive effects that colored light can have on the body and mind. I can imagine that it must be very enjoyable when the relaxation provided by the sauna is combined with lighting. Treat yourself to it—if you go for wellness, go all the way! :p

The lighting in the sauna is probably just another trend to increase sales. What effect can lighting really have? You could say the same about painting the wall in bright colors to achieve a certain effect.

The effects of colors are undeniable, otherwise why do you think cars in red or black are so popular among buyers? Or could you imagine a Ferrari in light blue or pink? Certainly not! There are colors that have a calming effect and others that stimulate; you can control this depending on what you need at the moment.
