Hello,
I just came across some affordable plots of land. There are about 30 to 40 available. They are solely single-family house plots, bordering a nature reserve and offering views of three castles (old palaces).
I’m thinking of buying two of them, each about 1200m² (13,000 sq ft) in size.

First, I want to build a house there, and second, a large garage. The total cost would be around 450,000 euros.

I want to fulfill a childhood dream and also take up a new hobby. The hobby is a bit unusual—I want to buy and restore a vintage car. I’ve always been interested in a Corvette from 1956 to 1961, with 1959 being the best year. So far, I’ve collected many books and documents about it.

Now my question:
Since the plot is large enough, I could build a garage suitable for my needs—of course, keeping a 3m (10 ft) distance from the neighbor.
Garage size: 12 meters (39 ft) wide, 10 meters (33 ft) deep, and 4.5 meters (15 ft) high with an entrance gate.
The height is necessary because I need a car lift among other things.
Such a restoration would take 3 to 5 years, and when finished, I plan to restore another model (a 1962 Ford Mustang, which is an amazing car).

What are the regulations for one or two such plots? Would I get a building permit / planning permission for the garage, considering the land borders a nature reserve? Should I look elsewhere for land? Should I first inquire at the building authority whether this is possible, or would that be a waste of time?

Do you have any ideas or suggestions regarding this?
The plots are not yet purchased but are already reserved for me. I would build the house on one plot and the garage on the other.

Thank you very much for your input.
Best regards,

P.S. I’m new to this forum and warmly greet you all. I’ve already read a lot here and have used much of your advice for my project.
