What I think you meant to say: No one can really answer that.
If I type “Jacuzzi” into Google, it immediately suggests tubs ranging from 6,000 to 10,000 euros. You can’t really make a statement about quality or anything else at this point.
Annual costs depend on usage... if you don’t use it, the costs are zero. If you use it twice a week, you’ll get a high bill, because in addition to the large amount of water consumption, there’s electricity. How much electricity a Jacuzzi uses will be listed in the device’s technical specifications. If you have the power consumption in watts, you can easily calculate the operating cost in dollars.
But you need actual numbers for that.
One thing is certain... a Jacuzzi is a luxury you have to be willing to afford. It won’t be cheap. 🙂 (not to mention the space requirements.)

Could it be that you are confusing a jacuzzi with a whirlpool bathtub? These are available starting from several thousand euros. The pump for the bubbles can’t possibly consume that much electricity.
