Hello,
Is it possible to build a base cabinet with a height of only 86.5 cm (34 inches) plus the countertop? The standard height is usually 80 cm (31.5 inches) plus an 8 cm (3 inches) plinth.
Can the legs be adjusted to a smaller size and the plinth modified, or are the given dimensions fixed and not adjustable?

Thank you very much for your help!

No problem at all – I have now partly installed the kitchen on 5cm (2 inches) high legs. You can’t use the standard kickboard from Ikea in that case. Check it out here https://www.hausbau-forum.de/threads/metod-einbau-fragen.21082/

Thank you for the link to the lower feet!
That’s how we will do it, so the kitchen window can open as well!

Here you go, the kitchen window was also the critical point for us....

One more tip about the baseboards: Home improvement stores also offer lower baseboards. I installed the front legs with the "flat" side facing forward, then pre-drilled the baseboards and screwed them into the plastic of the legs. It holds perfectly, and the screw heads are no longer visible afterwards.
