ᐅ Ikea Kulinarisk Steamer and Microwave Integrated into Tall Cabinet

I am currently planning my kitchen and would like to install the following two appliances stacked in a tall cabinet:
- Kulinarisk steam oven with baking function (303.009.12); 45.5 cm (18 inches) high
- Framtid microwave (903.033.90); 34.7 cm (14 inches) high
Ikea offers many tall cabinet options, but none of them fit this combination; the microwave is always paired with an oven that is 59.5 or 58.9 cm (23.4 or 23.2 inches) high instead of 45.5 cm (18 inches).
My question: Is the combination I described even possible?
Since the holes for the shelf supports are spaced 5 cm (2 inches) apart, it would make sense to position the shelf holding the microwave three levels lower. However, the Kulinarisk steam oven is actually taller than an oven minus 15 cm (6 inches). Also, the appliances have front panels that should be taken into account.
Additional info:
Don’t ask me why, but the Kulinarisk steam oven sits at the very bottom of the cabinet, on the solid floor, not on a shelf. The microwave is to go immediately above it as usual.
