we are planning to build a prefab house in Hünstetten starting in October, provided the site development works allow it.
Now we need to organize and coordinate various things for this.
Can someone provide us with a list of what we need to arrange and when?
Tender for earthworks
Tender for garage
What needs to be done with the utility providers, when, and how?
When should I contact the internet/cable provider?
When and how do you arrange temporary construction power, insurance, and everything else?
It would be helpful to get some assistance.
Maybe someone could share their own protocol/checklist/journal from experience. What exactly should be recorded in such a journal?
So many questions...
Thank you very much for the help!

These applications should be submitted as early as possible. You need to coordinate with your home builder regarding the garage. Ours prefers the garage to be completed before the house is erected.
Insurances, of course, must be in place before the first ground-breaking.
Your home provider should also be able to inform you about the temporary construction power supply.
When is the house scheduled to be erected?
