ᐅ Ideas for Cladding a Garage Roof

Hello,

we are planning to renovate our garage soon and are already gathering ideas.

What we don’t like visually are the shingles on the garage.

So my question is, what options are there to make it look more modern?
Also, there is a small gap behind the shingles where wasps and other insects sometimes nest.

Are the shingles shown in the picture? I don’t see them. If they are your issue, you should also take a photo of them. Focus and surroundings are also helpful for understanding the problem.

This is not our garage in the picture, but it is quite similar.

Which garage are you planning to improve? A similar one or yours?
