MacGyver6920 Sep 2024 13:13Hello everyone,
I’m not sure if this is the right subforum, so please excuse me if it isn’t.
We have purchased a house that we want to renovate a bit.
The house has yellow facing bricks (probably from the 1970s or 1980s).
We want to replace one window and install two additional ones into this facing.
Because we don’t like the old window sills, we plan to replace them with so-called “roll layers,” which are built-in masonry window sills.
We have enough bricks overall, but for the ends of the window sills, we need solid bricks.
My question is whether anyone still has such bricks available or knows where to find them.
The exact dimensions of the brick are: 240 x 115 x 52 millimeters (9.4 x 4.5 x 2 inches).
Thank you very much in advance, best regards,
Sven
