ᐅ Frostig-BFC228/64 no freezing in the upper freezing compartment

Hello everyone,

I’m having some concerns with my new fridge-freezer combo!
The cooling performance is unsatisfactory, both in the refrigerator and the freezer sections.
In the top of the three freezer compartments, the frozen goods start to thaw at the upper area, even though it is set to -19 degrees Celsius ( -2°F ). At the bottom of this compartment, the temperature is obviously just below freezing, as part of the frozen items there are still frozen. I’ve just disposed of the contents.
Occasionally, the fridge makes a very loud screeching noise, which stops briefly when I turn the appliance off. I have had the fridge for 9 weeks.
Can anyone help? Has anyone else noticed similar issues with this newly introduced model?
