WaldifixHello dear house building community,
We are currently preparing the concrete slab / foundation for our garage. Since we have quite a rocky soil and were able to separate the soil and stones cleanly using a trommel screen, I’m wondering if I could simply use the stones instead of buying more gravel or crushed stone. I was thinking of using about two-thirds stones and one-third gravel.
This way, I would have less work and save money on disposing of the stones.
The foundation is planned to be 3.15 x 9.15 meters (10.3 x 30 feet) in size.
Best regards and thanks
