ᐅ Floor plan staircase on the ground floor – Requesting opinions

Hi everyone,

attached is the floor plan for the ground floor.

The staircase extends into the living room. Would this bother you?

It will be a concrete staircase, and the upper part of the stairs will still be visible in the living room as a sloped surface.

It depends on the height.
I would probably be more bothered by the very limited closet space and especially the long distance from the kitchen to the pantry.

Thank you for your feedback. The staircase would reach a height of about 1.90 meters (6 feet 3 inches) in the living room.

I don’t think this has much potential to become a hit. What I find even worse is the constant walking back and forth and having to always walk around the stair landing, which is centrally located and obstructs everywhere. I can’t imagine that the upper floor is so great that it’s worth it.

There are several aspects of the floor plan that need improvement, and as it is now, it is not optimal. The staircase is the least of the issues.

What would you change? Thanks for your feedback :-)
