Amazing! Is this from an architect?
21 square meters (226 square feet) of gallery space, but rooms like prison cells. Yikes.
Incredible amount of circulation space on the ground floor.
To get to the upper floor, you have to go through the entire cluttered house.
Could be problematic if the parents want privacy and the children have guests.
Personally, I find the floor plan not thought through at all, uninspired, and lacking functionality.
I wouldn’t want to grow old in a house like this.
I believe it can be done better.

No wardrobe? From the entrance through the living room, dining room, to the kitchen? Teenagers have to walk through the living room when they come home late? That’s not very comfortable. The staircase is also poorly designed. Does the house have a basement? There is wasted space on the upper floor with a huge gallery, but small rooms and hardly any space for a few wardrobes. The wardrobes shown on the plan are definitely not enough. Please reconsider the house design or start over from scratch.
Hello!
For me, the floor plan would definitely not be an option.
I find the solution of having the staircase open directly from the living area particularly unfortunate because, for example, the sound from the TV travels throughout the entire house. The lack of space for wardrobes has already been mentioned as well.
But maybe I can take this opportunity to ask for a recommendation on which software can be used to create such floor plans?
Or is there no free software available? Drawing with pen, paper, and a ruler works well for rough sketches, but it would look much better this way...

I can only agree with the previous speakers. There are still a few things missing, but the basic idea is good.
I have a program at home to plan something like this, but it’s a bit complicated. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the name or where it is at the moment. Maybe I’ll find it again later...
