Hello everyone,

Interestingly, the search function didn’t show any thread addressing the topic of tipping.

We are currently wondering how tipping is handled in construction...

What is usually given? Who receives what?
Or do people rather give a case of beer and a round of coffee and snacks instead?

How have you dealt with this, or what experiences have you had on this topic?

You cut off the interesting part:

CPM 22, a Brazilian punk band.

It would have fit perfectly with Polish pop, Syrian folk music, Turkish pop, etc. I discovered some really interesting music. The construction site radio with a local radio station was totally the exception.

CPM? Well, I would generally avoid Cuban Premium Marijuana.

Marijuana is grown in Cuba? I thought they were more famous for their cigars... oops:

But what is CPM???

Sorry, Currywurst Fries Mayo.

Here "in the West" it’s actually a common term, like Schnitzel with Fries...

Thank you, learned something new again. Let’s see if this also works in our area when I order CPM at the snack bar next time...
