Hello everyone,
We currently have the following issue:
We would like to install a wooden privacy fence on our terrace (on the left and right sides). On the left side, it’s no problem to set up a 180cm (70.9 inches) tall fence. On the right side, however, the window sill starts already at 68cm (26.8 inches) and extends about 10cm (3.9 inches) outward.
Do you have any ideas on how to solve the problem with the window?
I’ve already considered cutting up a pallet and stacking the pieces to reach the height of the terrace floor. But that might look shabby.
I would really appreciate your tips and suggestions.
Good luck

I think people can still see onto your terrace, but you won’t be able to see into your garden anymore—at least not to the left and right. In a way, you’re creating a townhouse-like view.Privacy screens (against others) usually don’t make sense to install on your own property but closer to the source of the issue. A shrub often provides complete privacy, while a fence close to 1.80 meters (6 feet) high usually won’t be sufficient.
