ᐅ Electrical Wiring in Garage: Surface-Mounted Only?

Hello,
I am not aware of any regulation that prohibits flush-mounted installation. Of course, the installation must be appropriate, and the devices must have the corresponding protection rating.

In which regulation is that supposed to be stated? I am curious to know.

What type of masonry is the garage built from? Poroton, etc.? Wet room! Okay, since when does water flow into a garage? Also... then no power outlets should be installed on the exterior wall either, right, or didn’t the electrician do that either *grin* Luckily, the RCD was invented :-)
