Which electrical appliances should a (modern) kitchen in a rental apartment be equipped with? What do tenants usually prefer? For example, is a steamer (in addition to the oven) desirable? Does the appeal of a rental apartment increase by having extra appliances?

I believe that installing modern kitchen appliances increases the value of a rental apartment. Of course, the location of the apartment is a key factor. High-quality ovens, dishwashers, washing machines, refrigerators, chest freezers, and so on are now part of the standard modern kitchen equipment.

Comfort increases significantly with high-quality kitchen appliances. Many landlords place great importance on this today. Tenants also expect it, as most prefer a fully equipped kitchen.
