A sub-distribution board in the garage makes sense, so plan the wiring accordingly. Whether you need to charge your electric car at home with very high currents depends. Often, gentler, lower charging currents are sufficient if you arrive home in the evening and need to leave again in the morning. However, it depends on the driving range and route profile.

Obstlerbaum12 Feb 2019 09:22We will have a 3x32 connection installed in the garage, but when it comes to electric cars, I’m keeping an open mind. With 6d diesel, it will still be possible to drive everywhere for a while.
