ᐅ Cost of Garage / Multi-Car Garage

Hello,

we are currently planning a house with a prefabricated house manufacturer. However, this manufacturer does not provide a garage but cooperates with various prefabricated garage manufacturers, such as Zapf or Rekers.

A double garage (6 meters (20 feet) wide and 6 meters (20 feet) deep) is estimated to cost around 15,000 euros, including a strip foundation.

The price seems a bit high to me, perhaps because everything is being handled entirely through the prefabricated house manufacturer. Of course, they charge extra for that.

What would be a reasonable price for a “high-quality” double garage 6 x 6 meters (with one large door)?
And how much would a larger garage cost? For example, 6 meters (20 feet) wide and 9 meters (30 feet) deep, or are there also options for 8 or 9 meters (26 or 30 feet) wide and 6 meters (20 feet) deep?

For comparison, our 6x6m (20x20 feet) garage from Grötz cost 18,462€ this summer, including the electric opener but excluding the foundation and including delivery.

Is interior electrical work included as well? Separate door, separate window? Which color? Are attic windows included?

Do you mean the one from Grötz? The gate was anthracite, with an attic and a white side door from Hörmann, flush-mounted sockets and light switches.

The price is reasonable. Zapf offered me about 20,000 for two single garages, each measuring 3m x 6m (10ft x 20ft), without foundation. Where is your construction site?
