anemoiiHello everyone,
we will soon start with a major renovation. I am now considering how to provide electricity and water at the construction site. The existing lines will be disconnected. Do you have to order temporary construction water and electricity from the utility providers, or do you have any good ideas? How do you usually handle this?
Best regards

Unless you need large amounts of electricity and water (e.g., for a construction site drying fan or similar), the consumption is usually low, and you can agree on a flat fee of around 100–300 euros, depending on the extent of the renovation...
In my opinion, there is no other alternative. If there is a body of water on the property and you are actually allowed to use it (which is usually not the case), you could connect a garden pump with a hose. Or a well—same situation.
But electricity? Only through a neighbor or a construction power supply.
