We have bought an old house. The foundation slab is already new. We are now sealing it with V60.
Above that, we plan to lay 6 cm (2.4 inches) rigid foam insulation boards and then OSB boards, with laminate flooring on top.
Is this feasible, or am I missing something?
Thanks for your many replies

Hello!
Walking is possible – it’s quick and inexpensive.
Screed would take longer.
A loose fill would be better for leveling unevenness.
Gypsum fiber boards offer slightly better sound insulation.
I would prefer a plank floor if the height allows – it is also a bit more challenging.
Laminate, however, is a matter of personal taste...
Best regards,
