Hello dear forum community,
I have been quietly following the discussions here for some time and would like to ask you a question today.
We are building a single-family house in Berlin, and we are now considering installing a cistern for garden irrigation (plot size 480 sqm (5167 sq ft)).
We received the following offer from our home builder:
Plastic cistern, 3900 liters (1030 gallons)
with submersible pump, earthworks, pipe connections,
and electrical connection
The all-inclusive price is supposed to be €3800 including VAT.
Is this a realistic price, or is it somewhat high?
I would really appreciate your feedback!
Best regards,
Britta78

Britta78 schrieb:For plastic, the price should be about right; have you ever considered a concrete cistern? No disadvantages, but about €500.00 cheaper.
Is this a realistic price, or is it a bit high?
