ᐅ Bungalow 90 sq m – Floor Plan Ideas

Hello,

We want to build a 90sqm (970 sq ft) bungalow with a partially covered terrace and have tried to put our ideas on paper.
We have already been to an architect, but he didn’t offer any new ideas and only wanted to adjust our plan 😕 – this definitely didn’t make a good impression, so we will consult another architect who can enhance our ideas with their own creativity and experience.
To get some initial inspiration, we hope for your help here, so we have attached our preliminary plan.

Our priorities are:
- Four rooms
- Open kitchen with a counter and seating (a dining table is explicitly not wanted since we rarely use it in our apartment)
- Fireplace
- Underfloor heating
- Air-to-water heat pump

The terrace will be located in the upper right corner and then continue along the right side of the house.
North is at the top left, the garden is at the back, and at the front there is a small access road with very little traffic.
