We received a quote for a masonry garage measuring 3 x 9 meters (10 x 30 feet): 18,000 €. With that in mind, I think your price might NOT be quite enough.

At your price, a precast concrete garage is usually offered.

If you have it built by a professional masonry company, it will cost around 12,600 EUR; including a steel up-and-over door.

Since prefabricated garage manufacturers usually offer sizes in 0.5m (1.6 feet) increments, it might be more cost-effective to request a quote for your desired garage from a prefabricated garage supplier.

So, my garage is almost finished. I need to spend around 15,000 euros.
Now I’m looking for a garage door and an installer :-)
