ᐅ Boiler doesn’t fit into the recess. What options are available?

Hello. Our installer delivered a different boiler than originally planned. His justification is that otherwise the BAFA subsidy requirements would not be met. Additionally, the small boiler above in the niche was added as a result.
Unfortunately, the boiler no longer fits in the niche. However, the niche was not initially intended for the heating system anyway. The connections on the boiler are at the back. The boiler is exactly as wide as the niche. So the plumber cannot secure the pipes first and then slide the boiler into the niche. The pipes also cannot pass alongside the boiler because both are the same width.
What can we do? Are there flexible connections that can be screwed on first and then the boiler pushed halfway into the niche? Do you have other ideas? The plumber suggests the current location where it now stands.

Or bring the original plan back to life?Unfortunately, that’s no longer possible. Originally, the heating system was planned for the opposite corner. However, that was not practical because the house connection from the street enters in that corner, and the current location of the heating system offers the shortest route to the outdoor unit.
And all the walls in question are load-bearing, so you can’t take anything away from the cloakroom or pantry or whatever is beyond the niche?

Unfortunately, not really. On the other side of the wall you mentioned, there is a kitchen unit installed flush. The wall is not load-bearing, but it is only 11cm (4.3 inches) thick. The plumber will certainly need about exactly this space. It is also about 4 connections that need to be installed.
The right wall is an external wall. I don’t think that’s a good idea either.
