Mottenhausen10 Oct 2019 12:46You can see that only the middle 4 contacts are present. This corresponds to the RJ45 in ISDN telephony (S0) configuration. You can remove it; it’s no longer useful today. ISDN functionality is now typically provided through the router together with analog phones.
Hi, thanks for the answers. Okay, I think it’s RJ45/ISDN and doesn’t serve any purpose anymore. I already connected a router, but as I mentioned, there was no internet coming from the other outlets. That’s why I thought it might be a very modern ISDN system from the 1990s. So far, I have found three outlets in the house. I believe they are connected for the (now outdated) phone system. Well, I’ll just leave the outlets as they are then.
