Hello everyone,
I would like to ask for your advice shortly regarding the design of our bathroom.
We are currently at the shell stage of our town villa, with only the ground floor walls completed so far. The bathroom is located on the first floor in the northeast corner of the house.
The wall dimensions have been set, and the drain pipes have been installed in the floor slab according to the plan.
The attached layout was created by us in coordination with the architect / draftsman. However, I would appreciate your opinion. Everything can still be adjusted as long as the drains remain accessible.
Requirements:
Shower at least 1.10 x 1.10 meters (3 ft 7 in x 3 ft 7 in)
Double vanity
At least one tall cabinet
At least one additional cabinet / sideboard
Best regards,
Niko

Thanks for your help!
Then the bathtub would need about 1 meter (3 feet) of additional platform space.. Does that make sense, and am I not taking up too much room this way?
I also considered positioning the bathtub horizontally against the north wall. But where would the toilet go then? It would have to be quite "isolated" on the east wall – not sure if that would look good?!
