ᐅ Area in front of the garage according to the building plan / zoning plan

Hello,

according to the building regulations, 5 meters (16 feet) must be available in front of the garage. Can I position the garage parallel to the street with a side driveway? (See the sketch attached – the building area extends up to 3 meters (10 feet) from the street.) This would mean leaving only 3 meters (10 feet) between the street and the garage on the side.

Hello, is it allowed to build a garage like this? Basically built 9m (30 feet) along two property lines, and then with a 3m (10 feet) setback there’s an offset? (This is planned to be built in Bavaria)

The average wall height is clear. The driveway is on the “lower” side, so it would be in a corner without a driveway or street.

No. It is an 18m (59 feet) boundary construction, but only 15m (49 feet) is permitted.

Yes, provided that the other conditions of Art. 6 BayBO are also met.

And is this recess outside the "boundary area 3m (10 feet) from the property line" allowed, or is there a maximum square meter size?

I just looked it up again: garages are allowed up to 9 m (30 ft) from the property boundary per side (as long as there are no living spaces or fireplaces in Bavaria).
