Hello,
according to the building regulations, 5 meters (16 feet) must be available in front of the garage. Can I position the garage parallel to the street with a side driveway? (See the sketch attached – the building area extends up to 3 meters (10 feet) from the street.) This would mean leaving only 3 meters (10 feet) between the street and the garage on the side.

Article 6 paragraph 7 sentence 2 BayBo regulates the maximum 15-meter (49 feet) boundary development allowed for a property, which has already been mentioned here.
By the way, I think you mentioned earlier in this thread that you are planning a workshop. However, the boundary privilege does not apply to such structures. You should keep this in mind if you intend to build a workshop as boundary development.
