Hello everyone,
My husband and I are planning to start building in the spring.
We are currently looking for a plot of land and want to find a suitable one by spring. If that doesn’t happen, we will wait a few more months. We’re in no rush...
Now to our question. We are planning a single-family house with a basement and a double garage. However, we are still undecided about the building material.
A prefabricated house is out of the question for us.
We have already gathered some information here and there but still cannot decide.
Could you please list the pros and cons?

... you have dealt with these two building materials, so you should define your question more precisely, no one can write you two separate books here .. #1 about aerated concrete and #2 about honeycomb bricks ....
