I understand that the installation can seem a bit intimidating, especially when dealing with different wall types. What helped me was using a magnetic strip to quickly locate the screws in the wall before drilling, to avoid awkward spots. Alternatively, you can gently tap the wall and listen for differences in sound.
Stabilizers or additional floor supports are advisable for wide, tall Pax-style shelving units to prevent tipping under heavy loads. Using the included wall brackets is a minimum requirement, but floor support significantly improves safety.
