ᐅ New windows: water accumulates in the frame after rain

Hello everyone,

We have installed new windows throughout the entire house. Now, after it rains, a significant amount of water collects inside some of the window frames (not all of them). We are wondering if this is normal... the water should actually flow towards the drainage holes and then drain away. Instead, the water remains standing inside the frame...

We never have that much water inside. In my opinion, that is too much. Could the window compression pressure be incorrect?

Thank you, we don't know... we reported it to the window manufacturer, but no one has come so far.
