Hello everyone,

we have received the first offer for our planned photovoltaic system. What do you think about it? Are the materials good and is the price reasonable at the moment? The house is currently under construction.
Roof pitch 35 degrees, east-west orientation.

Best regards

5 components: PV module, inverter, storage, surge protection, mounting system; total value

Price and performance description for PV system, inverter, and installation.

@Bausparfuchs as you can already see in this thread, €15,000 for a 10kWp system plus storage is at best just a pipe dream. In reality today, you pay two to two and a half times that for such a system.

Just for your information, there is now the Titan LiFePO4 lithium battery with 200Ah and 51.2V, about 10kWh for roughly €2,500 or 50kWh for around €12,000. In the well-known photovoltaic forum, quite a few have already been ordered and one or two are already in operation. If it turns out that they are worth their money, the calculation for storage payback will look very different from €7,000 to €10,000 for a 10kWh battery.

And 15,000 is simply not possible at the moment.
With DIY, this is easily achievable; you can almost get double the kWp on your roof without a battery.

Well, well, no one denies that in the future things might look different or that DIY solutions could be cheaper. You just have to accept that currently (!!!) this is not a solution for the average consumer and stop posting the same nonsense here over and over again.

Users are already overwhelmed just evaluating the offer. How realistic is it that someone would think of installing a photovoltaic system plus a DIY storage system themselves?

It is well known that the turnkey builders’ group doesn’t deliver results. But then please don’t complain about it being too expensive or taking too long.

In the face of skilled labor shortages and supply bottlenecks, it is becoming difficult even for top earners to get anything done.

Everyone should get used to either doing things themselves or having good connections. What you don’t know, you can learn.

In the former GDR, there was a nice greeting everyone understood.

Forum, shall we go?

It was like a magic word that suddenly opened many doors.

I have received another offer. It’s incredible how much the prices vary between different quotes.
The net cost per kWp is 1,776 EUR (at 15.58 kWp).
Offer 1 was already partly called a rip-off here, so what would you say about this offer?

Does this include registration with the grid operator and the final commissioning? The delivery situation seems to be easing again; both inverters and modules are now available with a short lead time of 3-6 weeks (3-6 weeks). Prices will also stabilize accordingly.
