12.8 kWh for 5000€, where exactly?
You can’t even get the materials for that price, let alone the inverter and installation, ...
Then only 274 full cycles, how do you expect to achieve that?
Using an electric heating element to produce hot water at night is not a practical use case for storing electricity. ;-) It's a pity that you only read what you want to read again. Maybe you should have read the question to this answer 🙄 oh man

Yes, according to some calculators. But reality looks a bit different.
Even with your large system, you will have many days from mid-November to the end of February/early March when you will be glad if you get a total of 4–5 kWh per day from the roof at all. That may be the case, which means that a battery storage system is even less worthwhile. I am not an advocate for storage in the current situation. I was only giving you an answer to your question, nothing more.

Average values don’t really apply here.
In December, I generated nearly 300 kWh as well.
But only over 6 days. The other 25 days rarely produced more than 5 kWh, and that was of course used immediately without going through the storage system!
Check your numbers carefully again. 😉 For my part, nearly 100 kWh went through the storage system in December.
However, I just wanted to put into perspective the statement that in winter, you should be glad if there are even days with 4-5 kWh generation.
Of course, such days exist, but there are also several sunny days that produce much more.
For example, in December, I had 12 days with over 10 kWh, sometimes up to 30 kWh.
If I had, like Dogma, 23 kWp on the roof, the whole situation would obviously look much better.

You must have the better location.

DaGoodness17 Jan 2023 14:34Yes, December was quite sunny here in the Rhineland after all 😉
120 kWh were produced with an almost 10 kWp system in Bavaria, either it was almost completely dark and foggy, or there was snow on the panels. However, the system produced over 11,000 kWh in total in 2022.
I don’t want to argue further here; in my opinion and personal experience, 274 or more cycles are simply not achievable for the average person. We have many photovoltaic systems, including photovoltaic plus storage, among friends and family, both large and small installations, and no one gets close to the number of cycles you are aiming for.
