ᐅ Is a garage driveway like this feasible and reasonably practical for everyday use?

Hello,
due to structural conditions (slope, boundary, existing masonry), our current garage design looks as follows.
What do you think, is it "reasonably" accessible with a small to mid-size car (Polo, at most Golf)?
Reversing in would be easier and better, driving in forward, hmm...
And yes, this driveway option is not "optimal," but we currently do not see any other solution.
The interior dimension of the garage is planned to be 300 cm (118 inches), with a door width of 270 cm (106 inches), max. 280 cm (110 inches).
Note: The access area (“maneuvering space”) from the street to the garage is level.
(I have already recreated this to scale on paper; a test with a real car in a parking lot is still pending.)

Our garage is, like your alternative, located directly at the front door, and we really like that.
Short distance from the car to the house and no visibility inside when the front door is open.
We don’t see any problem with that.
Your currently planned garage, on the other hand, would be too stressful for me to drive into and would only be useful for storing junk and bicycles. That wouldn’t appeal to us. We feel cramped where we live now,
and if possible we don’t want to have concrete walls right outside the windows or doors again... we’d rather have a landscaped slope there.

I’m just saying kitchen planning...
...so the course of this discussion doesn’t surprise me anymore.
Again, something will be improvised...
What a waste of money. 🙄 The kitchen planning is finished and mostly followed the suggestions made here in the forum... so we are not resistant to advice ;-)
I will update my post.

We wouldn’t like that either. We feel quite confined as it is, and if possible, we don’t want to look directly at concrete walls again when looking out of windows or doors... we’d rather have a green hillside.I don’t understand that argument. You currently have the garage attached to a wall as well, so you’re blocking the view in that direction too.
In the original image, to the right where the garage is attached to the house, there is a basement, so it’s the basement exterior wall. The soil for the garage needs to be excavated.
There are no windows or similar openings in the basement area that would be obstructed.
At the front side, there is the main entrance door and windows, and these would be partially blocked if a garage is built in front of the house.
The initial question was not whether the garage could be planned elsewhere, but "only" whether the driveway in that location is feasible.
If the garage door is built at maximum width and the garage is set back slightly, it will work.

The garage entrance and exit must be easy to use. Otherwise, sooner or later you won’t want to use it for your car anymore.
Who wants to maneuver so much every time? Especially when it’s dark or if you need to go out again later. What will you do if your car becomes significantly larger in the future?
But of course, that’s up to you. You will probably use it regularly at first. Later, only occasionally. Eventually, you’ll need storage space, and from that point on, the car will be parked in the driveway while the garage becomes an expensive storage room with an electric door.
