Hello,
I haven’t started the house planning yet, but I’m already struggling with how to arrange the required 6 parking spaces on the relatively small plot.
I have tried different options so far without a workable solution, and in the end, there is no garden left.
Question for you: does anyone have a better idea?
The small house should have 3–4 units.
Plot size about 650sqm (7000 sq ft)
Two driveways are allowed.
Site coverage ratio 0.4 – should be just about feasible.

Thank you very much for your ideas.

The larger apartments have parking spaces arranged in tandem, while the smaller apartments have parking spaces side by side. The vehicles reverse directly onto the street. This saves maneuvering space.

Please provide a more detailed explanation.
Have you read the question?

That doesn’t sound very friendly. But okay:

With 4 residential units and 6 required parking spaces, it’s reasonable to assume that 2 units need 2 spaces each and 2 units need one space each. With 3 residential units and 6 required parking spaces, you can assume 2 spaces per unit. A second parking space belonging to one unit may be arranged so that one vehicle blocks the other. I will refer to this as a “second row” parking.

A maximum of 2 driveways is allowed; I have not read anything about a maximum driveway width.

Above the house, it is possible to park 4 cars side by side with 2 in a second row, or 3 cars side by side with 3 in a second row. In both cases, there would be one driveway.

If parking 4 cars side by side above the house is too tight, one car can be parked lengthwise along the street in front of the house, which would result in 2 driveways.

Parking 4 cars side by side means a driveway 10 meters (33 feet) wide, right? I haven’t checked yet how wide the driveway is allowed to be, but surely not 10 meters (33 feet), otherwise there wouldn’t be any restriction.
OK, arranging one more parking space in a second row is an idea. But 4 spaces should be in the first row since there are 4 apartments.

The rules can sometimes be odd. Sometimes it’s about the absolute width, so that more vehicles can park on the street. Other times it’s about the number of driveways, since more driveways can potentially reduce visibility. Sometimes it’s just because someone had a personal issue when creating the regulation.

According to the parking space regulations.

It would be helpful for us to know these in order to assist here. Because they likely specify whether multiple parking spaces for one apartment can be arranged in a row. For a multi-family house, I don’t think this is possible, as the parking spaces usually do not have to be permanently assigned to specific apartments.
From a purely mathematical perspective, having 6 spaces for 3 apartments of 110m² (1184 sq ft) and 1 apartment of 70m² (753 sq ft) also seems odd to me (unless no parking is required for apartments under 70m² (753 sq ft) and 2 spaces for those over 100m² (1076 sq ft)).

I just want to quickly report that we did not get the plot of land. It was sold to the highest bidder. In the Rhine-Main area, the standard land value is 400 per square meter (about 37 per square foot), but the highest bid was over 900 per square meter (about 84 per square foot).
