How do you assess this construction setup? The use of vapor barriers is intentionally omitted.

Wood fiber insulation board as plaster carrier board, 60mm (2.4 inches)

Stud KVH 6x24cm (2.4x9.4 inches), spacing 83.5cm (32.9 inches)
Between: cellulose insulation, 24cm (9.4 inches) blown in

OSB board, 15mm (0.6 inches)

Battens 6x6cm (2.4x2.4 inches), spacing 62.5cm (24.6 inches) (installation level)
Between: wood fiber boards, 60mm (2.4 inches)

2x gypsum plasterboards, 12.5mm (0.5 inches)

One option among many! Summer thermal insulation as well as soundproofing (internal, external) could turn out to be problematic. For a "lightweight construction" (Primary energy demand 55) of this design, special considerations for the building services need to be taken into account!

The construction company said that no membranes are necessary for the build.
Thanks in advance for the advice regarding waterproofing and vapor barriers. I will discuss this with the company.

Are there any specific considerations when it comes to the building services?

As a contracting party, they obviously have to be sustainably liable for this statement! ;-) Do the contract terms actually allow for this?

Lightweight construction usually offers little room for sound insulation (internal, external)! Anyone planning a parent bedroom adjacent to a child’s room should consider this carefully, depending on their preferences ;-).

The low heat storage capacity of the building structure (lightweight construction) requires greater flexibility (modulation capability) in heat generation (heating operation).
