Have any of you installed windows and patio doors with muntins, and what do the internal muntins look like with triple glazing? Could I see some photos? From Google images, I can't tell whether the windows are triple- or double-glazed.

We do. But honestly, I don’t even understand your question?! Where exactly should there be a visible difference between double and triple glazing?
As a layperson, I assume that with double glazing the spacers can be in the middle, but not with triple glazing.

They look almost identical. You can easily see and experience this yourself in a specialist store.
Yes, please excuse me, I took it a bit easy since we live in a rural area with no nearby options to see these types of windows in person. I assume we will be able to see them during the selection process and wanted to hear opinions/experiences beforehand.

Even DIY stores often provide this.

I will upload a photo of our window with a muntin bar this evening.

I understand that – the distances are just a bit longer. Bretten isn’t exactly remote; there are several window manufacturers and building supply stores there. Call ahead, drive over, take a look. It takes some time but gives you a better feeling when making your decision. The visual differences between two models are usually more noticeable than the technical differences between double- or triple-glazing.

For the space between the panes, with triple glazing it would be the same as with double glazing, each time in the first cavity seen from the inside. However, I wouldn’t do that, because the glazing bars would have to be installed by the glass supplier inside the cavity.
