Our inspector says this is a defect, but the site managers disagree, arguing it can’t be seen from a 2m (6.5 ft) distance. What do you think?

The adhesive has been pushed out between the panes, see the picture....

Window frame interior view with blue sky, red circle marks a spot on the frame

Is this what you mean? Honestly, I hadn't even checked our windows for spots like that before... No idea if it will bother me at some point or if you just stop noticing it altogether over time.

So, we had a special window inspection where each window was examined very carefully... one will be replaced because there is an inclusion in the glass, and a few need some additional sanding because the wood was damaged during installation (wood on the inside, aluminum on the outside)...

Other than that, we find them beautiful, but we are still wondering why no one thought to use different windows for the garage (-;

slanted

Can't you read?

I think wood-aluminum windows in the garage were unnecessary.

Well, that's true... we have a single-glazed plastic window...
